This class takes the participant through a series of cardio & strength training exercise using Kettle Bells, with relatively brief rest intervals in between.

A 1/2 hour class to help your body gain more mobility. This class is geared towards the fitness enthusiast who doesn't take the time out to stretch after every workout. If you have difficulty getting up off the floor, have neglected your stretching fitness, or you want to improve your mobility this class might be for you.
